Evan Hyndman, ControllerEvan Hyndman, Controller
Evan earned a BS in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Indiana University of Fort Wayne in 2004. He joined us in 2003 as Controller for Home Nursing Services and Angel Corps. In 2017, he added the position of Administrator for Home Nursing Services. His tasks include oversight of daily operations ensuring that high quality home health care services are provided according to compliance with state and federal regulations as well as managing all financial aspects of the organizations.

Evan is very passionate about providing the best possible quality services to each and every client and strives to do so each day. He enjoys running, bicycling, and spending time with his family when he is not at work. Evan resides in Allen County.


Gina Yonkman, AdministratorGina Yonkman, Human Resources Director
Gina Yonkman was promoted to Administrator upon her graduation with a Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership and Supervision (with a concentration in Human Resources) from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne.

Gina's professional career includes serving children and adults with developmental disabilities, working in a variety of residential settings including group homes, supported living, and family homes.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Francis College.  Later, she directed the case management division of a local agency, helping to ensure the delivery of high quality Medicaid Waiver services to consumers and their families.  She also enjoys volunteering with Girl Scouts of Northern Indiana-Michiana.  Gina and her family of four participate in the Memory Walk and Employee Picnic.

Margeaux Corrao, Marketing DirectorMargeaux Corrao, Recruiting Director
Margeaux Corrao is the Marketing Director for Home Nursing Services and sister companies: Angel Corps, First Call, and Dorian Maples & Associates. After graduating from high school in 1998, Margeaux attended IPFW and studied courses in business and Hospitality/Restaurant Management for one year. At that time she worked part time for Home Nursing Services as administrative assistant and homemaker in the field. Her passion to help others led her in a different direction to the field of cosmetology in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2000, she graduated from Brown Aveda Institute and obtained her Ohio State Board of Cosmetology license. Throughout her career she obtained manager and instructor licenses. She worked her way up many levels to Signature stylist. She enjoyed helping others also, at her Alma mater, through the years teaching and in the admissions department, eventually becoming Admissions Team Leader.

Later in 2011, her passion to help others changed and led her back to Ft. Wayne at Home Nursing Services once again. Margeaux is passionate in her purpose to contribute in the mission to help others have a good quality of life while remaining at home.

Robin NormanRobin Norman, Client Services Director
Robin is dedicated to striving for excellence in home care services. She manages the Client Services Supervisor and Client Services Coordinators to assign staff to clients according to their needs. Robin says she loves interacting with clients and their families to ensure there’s a positive experience with home care and working with the staff in the office and in the homes. “As a staff, we use a team approach for everything, and I enjoy listening to their experiences as well as educating them on problems or difficult situations,” she says. Robin’s passion is to deliver quality, courteous and reliable care to those individuals who want to stay in their homes. Robin has an Associate’s Degree in Medical Administration, is a Certified Home Health Aide and a Certified Nursing Assistant. She has worked as a Scheduling Coordinator for the last fifteen years, starting in the health field at the Anthis Career Center while attending High School.

Cristy Tidwell, Client Services SupervisorCristy Tidwell, Client Services Supervisor
Cristy first joined Angel Corps in 2009 and worked as a Care Partner until 2012. In 2013, she returned to Angel Corps to once again serve clients in their own home. She has been in the healthcare field since 2007 when she became a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). She graduated from Medtech in 2015 with an Associates of Applied Science in Nursing and is CPR certified. In 2016, she was promoted to Client Services Supervisor for Allen and Whitley Counties where she is responsible for doing new client admissions, supervisory visits, trouble shooting visits, and incident reporting. She is passionate about clients receiving quality care and enjoys helping others as that is her purpose in life.

Cristy is a resident of Allen County. She loves cooking, spending time with her family, movies, and weekend get-away trips.

Latanya WoolseyLaTonya Woolsey, Client Services Coordinator
LaTonya’s responsibilities are answering the telephone and doing the client scheduling. Her passion is caring for the elderly and helping to assist them in every area she possibly can. “I have worked in the field for Angel Corps since 2005 and prior to that, I worked in the caregiving field for 16 years,” LaTonya said. “I wouldn’t have it any other way. LaTonya is a Certified Nursing Assistant and a graduate of Indiana Business College specializing in medical office administration. 


Joy Roach, Administrative AssistantJoy Roach, Human Resources Coordinator
Joy has been in the health care field since 1989 where she worked for six years as the Rehab Aide. In 1995 she became a Restorative Aide and Certified Nursing Assistant. She then worked in the Human Resources department for a medical office and has been in her current field since 1999. Joy joined Angel Corps in 2009. Along with Angel Corps, Joy is Human Resources Coordinator for its sister company, First Call Medical Staffing. Her responsibilities include scheduling, updating employee files, interviewing potential employees, orientating new employees, and helping with payroll.

In her spare time, Joy enjoys cycling and spending time with her family. In the warmer months, you may find her riding her bicycle to work. She is a resident of Allen County.

Chrystal Dawson, Billing CoordinatorChrystal Dawson, Billing Coordinator
Chrystal is the Billing Coordinator for Angel Corps. She earned her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Accounting with hopes to further her education sometime in the near future. She has worked in the accounting field for the last 4 years, finally making her mark at Angel Corps.  Chrystal is also the Billing Coordinator for its sister company Home Nursing Services.

Chrystal recently married in July of 2007. She believes that her career is like a marriage, it takes the same amount of heart and desire to be successful. Her husband has helped to discover a deeper passion for nurturing all plants and animals. She enjoys gardening, four wheeling, and arts and crafts. She also volunteers her time with the Allen County 4-H program during the summer.


Auburn Angel Corps Staff

Coleen Arribasplata, Client Services DirectorColeen Arribasplata, Client Services Director
Coleen joined our team in August 2017 as Client Services Director for the Auburn office, serving LaGrange, Steuben, Noble, and DeKalb Counties. She started working with the geriatric population and in the health care industry in 1997 and has experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and graduated from Indiana University with a BA in Psychology. Her favorite part of being Client Services Director is having the opportunity to work with the geriatric population and to ensure that they have what they need to remain independent in their homes. She has lived in Peru, South America, for a year and can speak Spanish. She enjoys working in the kitchen with her husband. She is a busy mom with three daughters and enjoys walking and hiking in the great outdoors. She is a resident of Allen County.

Cinda Cramer, Human Resources CoordinatorCinda Cramer, Human Resources Coordinator
Cinda became a Home Health Aide in 2010 and joined Angel Corps and Home Nursing Services in 2013. In January 2015, she was promoted to Human Resources Coordinator for the Auburn office to recruit for the four northern Indiana counties we serve: LaGrange, Steuben, Noble, and DeKalb. Her experience includes medical assisting, human resources, and home care. In 2003, she graduated from Indiana Tech with her bachelor's degree in business management.

Cinda enjoys spending time with her granddaughter, family, and friends. Antique shopping and reading are her hobbies. She is passionate about helping our clients and treating others how she would want to be treated.


Bluffton Angel Corps Staff

Gina Morton, Client Services DirectorGina Morton, Client Services Director
Gina joined our team as Client Services Director for the Bluffton office which serves Adams, Huntington, and Wells Counties in April of 2017. Gina has a career rich in healthcare experience, including several years performing direct hands on home health care in her hometown of Huntington, Indiana. She also had a distinguished 24-year career with the Indiana Air National Guard, including 14 years as a Health System Technician, managing the medical readiness of Guard members. Her favorite part of being Client Services Director has been meeting the clients and she is passionate about assisting them to receive the care they need. She has volunteered for agencies in the past such as the Boy Scouts of America. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, camping, and spending time with her family. She has been a resident of Huntington County all her life.

Tammy Shane, Human Resources CoordinatorTammy Shane, Human Resources Coordinator
Tammy joined Angel Corps in 2015 and worked as an Attendant. She also joined sister company, Home Nursing Services, in 2015 to become a certified Home Health Aide and On Call Coordinator. In December of 2015, she was promoted to Human Resources Coordinator for the Bluffton office to recruit for the three southern Indiana counties we serve: Wells, Huntington, and Adams Counties. Her responsibilities include updating employee files, answering phones, interviewing potential employees, and orientating new employees. Her favorite part of her job is meeting new people and finding caregivers for our clients.
